Harbor Group International LLC (HGI) in Norfolk sold the 300-unit Sundance Station Apartments in Henrico County for $25.7 million to a local buyer. TGM Realty Investors Inc., a subsidiary of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, purchased the project located off Mayland Drive, close to Interstate 64. According to Citybizlist, HGI bought the community in November for $19.2 million and upgraded the property’s interior and exterior. The 28-year-complex offers one- and two-bedroom units. Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, pool and tennis court. The property is 94 percent occupied.
TGM, a private real estate investment firm, has a portfolio of commercial and multi-family assets valued at more than $200 million.
