What is the most challenging aspect of your job?
“In support of our firm’s commitment to outstanding client service, we employ a wide range of technical expertise, sometimes in ways that are not obvious to the client. One of the biggest challenges we face is ensuring that the client understands the value we have provided. Along with helping the client improve business practices, we also want the client to be aware that we have lived up to our commitment to outstanding service.”
