What has been your most memorable business valuation/litigation case?
“Each assignment brings challenges with different companies, industries, operations, management and objectives and professional rewards. Those opportunities provide the challenges. I was, however, involved with a damages case some years ago with two different theories of damages – surprise, surprise. During my testimony, the judge understood my analysis and conclusions. It was great to see the judge’s ‘ah-ha’ moment when I knew I had educated the court.”
