Strategic Storage Trust Inc. buys fifth Virginia facility
June 01, 2012 12:01 PMSelf-storage company Strategic Storage Trust Inc. (SSTI) has purchased its fifth Virginia facility for $7.3 million.
The 870-unit, 3.3-acre property located at 14518 Lee Road in Chantilly will be branded as SmartStop Self Storage
SSTI’s four other Virginia properties are in Fredericksburg, Manassas, Sandston and Hampton.
