Stanton Partners, a Norfolk-based real estate development company, has selected Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer for the leasing of three additional retail properties in southside Hampton Roads. They are: Mt. Pleasant Marketplace in Chesapeake, a 100,000-square-foot, Farm Fresh-anchored shopping center with 5 available outparcels; the Shops at Chesapeake Square, a 25,000-square-foot, Lowe’s-anchored center; and Bennetts Creek Crossing in Suffollk, a 110,000-square-foot existing center anchored by a Farm Fresh grocery store. Phase II will include an additional 35,000 square feet and will be anchored by a Dollar Tree store.
The leasing agents for these properties, Kevin O’Keefe and Natalie Hucke, out of Thalhimer’s Virginia Beach office, have worked with Stanton Partners since 2002 handling the leasing of all of their southside Hampton Roads and North Carolina shopping centers, a portfolio of 800,000 square feet.
