SRA International to buy environmental consulting firm
January 26, 2010 9:59 AMFairfax-based SRA International has signed a definitive agreement to purchase environmental consulting firm Perrin Quarles Associates Inc (PQA).
PQA helps federal, state and international environmental agencies develop and implement air quality regulations and standards. The company also supports the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and has supported greenhouse gas reduction initiatives for the EPA and the United Nations, Canada, New Zealand and Australia.
The company has almost 100 employees and is headquartered in Charlottesville.
PQA is expected to add $6 million in revenue for SRA’s fiscal 2010.
