Southern Baptist Conservatives buy office condo in Henrico County for headquarters location

Southern Baptist Conservatives of Virginia has bought a 13,387-square-foot office condominium from Highwoods Services Inc. for $1.67 million and plans to use the property for a headquarters location. It’s located at 4300 Dominion Blvd. in the Dominion Place development in Henrico County. Austin H. Newman of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations.
