Sharp Shopper Grocery takes former Martin space in Winchester
June 27, 2011 11:27 AMSharp Shopper Grocery Outlet has leased a 38,783-square-foot space formerly occupied by a Martin’s grocery store in the Apple Valley Center in Winchester. The deal makes the discount grocery outlet store the center’s new anchor tenant. Richard Bell with Adams-Nelson & Associates Inc. in Winchester handled lease negotiations.
