SBJ Hospitality Group buys Spring Hill suites in Chesapeake for $2.5 million
July 09, 2012 9:50 AMSBJ Hospitality Group in Chesapeake has purchased Spring Hill Suites at 2424 Gum Road in Chesapeake from MLMT 2007-C1-2424 Gum Road LLC for $2.5 million.
John Wessling and Bill Overman of S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. represented the buyer.
In another transaction for Nusbaum, PPG Inc. renewed its lease of 17,700 square feet of warehouse space at 2615 Elmhurst Lane in Portsmouth. John Litz handled the transaction.
