Faifax-based Salient Federal Solutions Inc. , a provider of information technology, engineering and intelligence analysis services to government agencies, has completed its acquisition of LIST Innovative Solutions Inc. (LIST).
Herndon-based LIST is a provider of end-to-end application software solutions to the federal government.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“The acquisition of LIST directly supports Salient’s mission to provide the IT, engineering, and analysis services that our customers need most – so they can meet the challenges they face now,” Brad Antle, Salient’s CEO, said in a statement. “LIST’s capabilities, people, and contracts are in a position to survive and thrive in the changing federal environment. Together, we will be able to provide superior expertise and capabilities that are in demand today.”
LIST expands Salient’s prime federal software/application development contracts to over 90 percent of its contracts base.
Salient officials said they are working to create a new breed of industry partnerto help agencies address the risks and opportunities of a rapidly changing world.
They said LIST expands on Salient’s important capability set and directly aligns with Salient’s core competencies.
In addition to its headquarters in Fairfax, Salient has offices in offices in McLean, Colorado Springs, St. Louis, Norfolk, Orlando, San Diego and Tampa.
Forbes magazine last year named Salient to its list of “America’s Most Promising Companies.”
