S.L. Nusbaum reports a string of renewals in Hampton Roads
February 11, 2013 12:09 PMStein Mart has exercised its option on 38,920 square feet of retail space at Hilltop North Shopping Center in Virginia Beach. Richard M. Jacobson of S.L. Nusbaum Realty Co. represented the landlord.
In another deal for Nusbaum, Hajoca Corp. renewed its lease on 17,282 square feet of industrial space at 3464 E. Virginia Beach Boulevard in Norfolk. John Litz represented the landlord.
