Rock Creek Properties buys mixed-use site in Charlottesville for $4 million
November 26, 2012 11:55 AMRock Creek Properties LLC has purchased a 60-acre parcel slated for mixed-use development from Redus Va Housing LLC for $4 million. The land is located along Stony Point Road (state Route 20) in Charlottesville. Robert M. Thornton of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled sale negotiations on behalf of the seller. According to Thalhimer, Rock Creek made the purchase for future development potential.
