RK&K (Rummel Klepper & Kahl LLP) has signed a lease for a new and expanded space in downtown Richmond. Steve Zentz, a partner with the Baltimore-based civil engineering and construction consulting firm, said the company will move 40 employees in late November from its current Richmond location at 801 East Main St. into a 15,152-square-foot- office in the Edgeworth Building at 2100 E. Cary St.  “We like the space, the location, and it’s more in keeping with our RK&K brand,” said Zentz.  Brian K. Berkey and John P. Duffy Jr. of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer represented RK&K in lease negotiations.
