Richmond-based franchisor acquires new company
October 25, 2012 9:17 AMRichmond-based Outdoor Living Brands has acquired Wood Re New, a franchise currently focused on the environmentally friendly cleaning, staining and protecting of decks, fences and other exterior wood surfaces.
Wood Re New will be renamed Renew Crew and offer expanded services including cleaning and protecting exterior and outdoor surfaces that require regular upkeep.
Outdoor Living Brands is a national franchisor specializing in the outdoor living industry. It has approximately 250 franchised locations. Brands include Archadeck Outdoor Living, Mosquito Squad, Outdoor Lighting Perspectives and Renew Crew.
