RGS Properties buys condominium portfolio for $5.3 million

RGS Properties LLC has purchased 13 office condominiums located in North Stafford Medical Park in Stafford County and Snowden Office Park in Fredericksburg for $5.3 million.
The Fredericksburg company purchased the 32,353-square-foot portfolio from Snowden Office Park Partnership and RCH Family LLC. The deal expands RGS’s commercial real estate investments in the area. The sale included five condominiums at North Stafford Office Park at 392 Garrisonville Rd. and eight condominiums at Snowden Office Park located adjacent to Mary Washington Hospital.
Wilson H. Greenlaw and Mary Katherine Greenlaw of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in Fredericksburg handled negotiations on behalf of the seller.
