Retailers take space in Hampton Roads
May 05, 2011 5:16 PMBounce House, a company that rents moon bounces and other party equipment, will become a new tenant at Lynnhaven Crossing in Virginia Beach. Bounce House has leased 13,000 square feet of space. Murray Rosenbach of S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. represented the landlord. Tuesday Morning renewed its lease of 11,915 square feet of space at Warwick Village Shopping Center in Newport News. Stephan Gordon of S. L. Nusbaum Realty represented the landlord on that transaction.
