Retail property on The Boulevard in Richmond sells for $1.1 million
July 22, 2012 5:08 PMLocal developer Lee Hall Plaza (The Rebkee Co.) in Midllothian has purchased the10,800-square-foot former Stronghill Restaurant and existing Abakus Solar retail property in the 1200 block of North Boulevard in Richmond from MAGNVS LLC for $1.1 million as an investment. Franklin Bell of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled sale negotiations on behalf of the buyer. Lindsey Floyd and Catharine Spangler, also with Thalhimer, represented the seller.
