Rebkee Co. buys Rutland Commons shopping center for $7.1 million

The Rebkee Co. in Midlothian has purchased Rutland Commons shopping center in Hanover County for $7.1 million as an investment.
According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, who announced the deal Thursday, the seller was Crosland Rutland LLC. The 110,000 square-foot, Kroger-anchored shopping center is situated on 7.6 acres at 9351 Atlee Road.
Connie Jordan Nielsen and Nicki Jassy of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer previously handled the center’s leasing for Crosland and represented Rebkee in the purchase. Jassy and Pam Strieffler, also with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, have been selected by Rebkee to continue as exclusive leasing agents for the center.
