Raytheon Technical Services leases more than 200,000 square feet in Norfolk
July 12, 2012 3:42 PMRaytheon Technical Services Co. LLC has leased 207,120 square feet at 2555 Ellsmere Ave. in Norfolk. Perry Frazer of CBRE/Hampton Roads represented the tenant while Pat Mugler and Worth Remick, also of CBRE, represented the landlord.
In other transactions reported by CRBE’s Hampton Roads office:
Staples, Inc. leased 20,112 square feet at 1320 Richmond Road in Williamsburg.
Hourigan Construction Corp. leased 17,381 square feet at Fulton Bank in Virginia Beach.
Parsons Brinckerhoff Inc. leased 16,928 square feet at Convergence Center II in Virginia Beach.
