Raytheon Co. renews 115,000-square-foot lease in Rosslyn

Citybizlist in Washington, D.C. reports that defense contractor Raytheon Co. has renewed a lease with Monday Properties for 115,000 square feet at 1100 Wilson Blvd. in one of Rosslyn’s Twin Towers office buildings.
The renewal for six floors in the 26-floor building is one of the largest lease transactions signed this year in the D.C. metro region.
Jones Lang LaSalle represented Raytheon while Monday Properties was represented in-house. The Twin Towers consist of two of the tallest commercial towers in the region.
