Radley Imports has renewed a 24,000-square-foot lease for industrial space in MCK Business Park at 3010 Mine Road in Spotsylvania County. Virgil Nelson of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the lease negotiations.
In another deal for Thalhimer, LW Transportation renewed its lease for a 12,960- square-foot storage lot at 11801 Main St. in Spotsylvania County.
Thalhimer also represented the seller of the former Rappahannock Goodwill Industries headquarters property in Fredericksburg. The 23,094-square-foot, office/warehouse property at 1410 Caroline St. sold to Webb Investment Group LLC for $1.2 million. According to Thalhimer,Webb bought the property as an investment. Berkley M. Mitchell and Mike Degen handled the negotiations on behalf of the seller.
