Pre-lease begins for Link Apartments Manchester
July 23, 2012 3:35 PMGrubb Properties Inc. and joint venture partner Dominion Realty Partners of Richmond are now pre-leasing Link Apartments Manchester, a five-story complex located at 901 McDonough St. in Richmond.
The property, formerly known as Manchester Place, offers one and two-bedroom units ranging in size from 645 square feet to 1,111 square feet.
Amenities include a clubroom, pool, fitness room, business center, barbecue area and playground.
Apartments will be available for occupancy in September.
