Porter Realty reports several office/warehouse sales in Richmond area
May 01, 2011 5:29 PMRichmond-based Porter Realty reports four office/warehouse sales involving four properties that fetched a total of $2.6 million. The biggest deal for $1 million was for a 10,092-square-foot property on North Otterdale Road in Chesterfield County. NTS LLC purchased the office/warehouse from Lonnie O. Farmer. Byron W. Holmes handled sale negotiations.
In another deal, Manistee Tahoe LLC bought a 16,014-square-foot warehouse on Westwood Avenue in Henrico County for $650,000 from Wynne Guild Inc. Robert E. Porter II handled negotiations for the seller.
