Pittsburgh-based PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. has completed the conversion of 900,000 former RBC Bank customers and 415 branches in Southeastern states, including Virginia.

The conversion involved 18 offices in Hampton Roads.

Starting April 7, more than 140 of the Southeastern branches will begin to offer Saturday hours of 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

This RBC deal represents PNC’s seventh acquisition in the past eight years. RBC’s 415 branches was the largest conversion that the bank had attempted at one time.
