June 02, 2011 11:21 AM

Plow and Hearth opened a 6,000-square-foot store Thursday at the Village of Leesburg, a mixed-use project with a growing roster of retail tenants. The store, which sells home, yard and garden products, will be in what is a temporary location until the fall, before moving to a permanent site at the shopping center, which will afford a wider assortment of products.
The four-story Village of Leesburg offers 520,000 square feet of retail space, 150,000 square feet of office and 335 apartments. Gary Taubin and Jeff Pollack of Street Sense represented Plow and Hearth during the lease transaction while KLNB Retail represented the landlord.  There are 25 retailers operating at the center, including Wegmans Food Markets and Coldwater Creek.
