Wiley F. Mitchell, awarded the “Distinguished Member Award” by the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel.

John Casciano, named president of OMNISEC International Investigations Inc., a subsidiary of OMNIPLEX Inc. in

Chantilly. Casciano was senior vice president and COO of Lexis Nexis Special Services Inc. He retired from the Air
