Office building in Newport News sells for $1.6 million

Sentinel Financial Group has sold a 12,000-square-foot office building at 240 Nat Turner Blvd. in Newport News for $1.6 million to 240 Nat Turner LLC as an investment. Teresa Nettles of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled negotiations on behalf of the seller.
In another deal for Thalhimer in Newport News, American Freight of Virginia Inc. has leased 17,000 square feet in the former Rec Warehouse space at 11969-A Jefferson Ave. Drew Haynie and Bobby Phillips handled the lease negotiations.
