Nyburg Logistics takes space in Williamsburg
November 15, 2012 12:48 PMNyburg Logistics has leased 21,646 square feet of industrial space at 8963 Pocahontas Trail in Williamsburg. Clay Culbreth of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord.
In another deal for Thalhimer in Hampton Roads, Ram Tool & Supply Co. Inc. leased an 11,965-square-foot office/warehouse/showroom facility at 3419 Business Center Dr. in Chesapeake. Tony Weiss and Patrick Mumey handled the lease negotiations.
