Falls Church-based Noblis, Inc., a provider of science, technology, and strategy services, has acquired ElanTech Systems Inc.
ElanTech, based in Greenbelt, Md., provides government systems engineering, program management, and acquisition services to the intelligence community.
The company continues to operate under its own name as a subsidiary of Noblis.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“There is a strong alignment between Noblis’ core strengths and ElanTech Systems’ strategic capabilities,” Drew Cohen, vice president of National Security and Intelligence, at Noblis, said in a statement. “This acquisition strengthens our ability to innovate and increases the value we deliver in support of our national security mission on Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) project.”
Noblis is a nonprofit science, technology, and strategy organization that helps clients solve complex scientific, systems.
