New York Life Insurance takes space in Henrico County
October 31, 2011 8:00 AMNew York Life Insurance Co. has leased 18,110 square feet in the former Long & Foster Building at 4435 Waterfront Dr. in Henrico County. Mac Wilson of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled lease negotiations for the tenant while CBRE represented the landlord, Lawco Real Estate LLC.
In another deal for Thalhimer, Sears Home Improvement Products renewed its lease of 13,012 square feet in Interport Business Center on South Laburnum Ave. in Henrico County.
