Miller & Associates finishes up $4 million apartment project in Jackson Ward
August 01, 2011 11:15 AMMiller & Associates, a Richmond-based company that specializes in the adaptive reuse of historic properties, has completed a $4 million, 41-apartment project in Jackson Ward. According to Robin Miller, one of the company’s principals, 37 of the apartments have signed leases. Funding for the apartments at 701 State James St. near downtown Richmond came from the Virginia Housing Development Authority.
