MGT Construction in Richmond lands three construction projects

MGT Construction has been selected aS the general contractor for projects in Suffolk, Richmond and Chester valued at $1.1 million. The Richmond-based construction management firm will perform the historic renovation of the 14,000-square-foot Marshall/Adams apartment in Richmond. It will do a tenant renovation for R. E. Michel in Suffolk, including 2,500 square feet of office and showroom space in the company’s recently purchased warehouse. In Chester, MGT will handle Hospital Corporation of America’s (HCA’s) expansion at the Interchange at Walthall.

Through mid-August the company has been awarded more than $21 million in projects encompassing a total of 860,000 square feet in the Virginia, North Carolina and Maryland region.
