MGT Construction announces new awards valued at $2 million

MGT Construction (MGTC), a subsidiary of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, announced several recent awards valued at $2 million. Altogether, the projects will total about 75,000 square feet. Some of them include: 

LogistiCare:  MGT has been awarded the construction for LogistiCare’s new call center at Brandy Hill Shopping Center in Mechanicsville.  The 8,000 square-foot-office office upfit includes new interior partitions, finishes, fixtures and mechanical. 

FedEx Ground:  This project, on Military Highway in Chesapeake, includes extensive site work and landscaping, as well as site lighting and security.  It should be completed by the end of summer. 

Petco:  MGT will do a 10,500-sqare-foot tenant upfit at Carytown Place in Richmond’s Carytown area.  The project includes all new services and HVAC along with new finishes.
