Medical office coming to vacant site near Walmart in Spotsylvania County
August 31, 2011 1:28 PMN & W LLC purchased a 1-acre acre outparcel for $675,000 from Wal-Mart Realty Co. The site is located in front of the Southpoint Walmart in Spotsylvania County. Primary & Urgency Care plans to put a third Fredericksburg-area office at the location. Construction is expected to begin in October. Wilson H.
