Medical office building in Lynchburg sells for $1 million
June 09, 2011 3:13 PMAshraf Ehtesham Associates LLC purchased a 10,000-square-foot medical office property from James River Partners LLC for $1 million for the relocation of Lynchburg Nephrology. The building is across from the UVA Lynchburg Dialysis Center, where the practice currently operates. Norman Moon of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled sale negotiations.
