McGuireWoods Consulting has formed a crisis and litigation communications practice area led by former Virginia Attorney General Jerry W. Kilgore and former television reporter Mark B. Hubbard.
The practice area also will involve public relations and public affairs staff at McGuireWoods Consulting offices in the District of Columbia, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Illinois.
Kilgore has worked with clients involved in multi-state projects before state attorneys general around the country. While Virginia’s attorney general from 2002 to 2005, he served on the National Association of Attorneys General executive committee and chaired the Republican Attorneys General Association.
Hubbard spent 20 years a broadcast journalist in Richmond, Portland, Ore., and Salisbury, Md. Before joining McGuireWoods Consulting, he was public relations officer for the Virginia Credit Union.
