MCG Capital Corp. to move headquarters to Rosslyn
August 20, 2012 11:51 AMThe Washington Business Journal reports that Arlington-based finance company MCG Capital Corp. plans to move its headquarters to the Potomac Tower in Rosslyn this fall. According to the WBJ, MCG disclosed in a securities filing that it has subleased 13,134 square feet from FBR & Co., (Friedman, Billings, Ramsey Group Inc.), which also has its headquarters in the building. MCG is currently located a block away at 1100 Wilson Blvd.
The 19-story Potomac Tower, built in 1989, offers views of the Potomac River and is less than 10 minutes from Reagan International Airport.
