Local investor group in Bridgewater buys apartment complex for $1.8 million
May 26, 2011 4:54 PMCottonwood Commercial reports the sale of an apartment project in Bridgewater. The complex of 28 two-bedroom, one-bath, townhouse style units sold for 1.8 million to Ashby 28 LLC, an investment group of local professionals. The seller was Ashby Apartments.
