Linden Resources renews industrial lease in Herndon

Linden Resources has renewed its 50,664-square-foot lease in an industrial building in Herndon. Jon Lawrence and Michael Stuart of the McLean-based industrial team of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented landlord OTR, an institutional pension fund.
The space is located on Redskin Drive. Through its affiliate enterprises, Linden Resources contracts with local and state government agencies to provide vocational services for people with disabilities, and also provides employment opportunities in two commercial ventures it operates. Sean Weidlein of CBRE.represented the company in the transaction.
