Liberty Property Trust recently finalized one new lease transaction and two renewals totaling 79,723 square feet of space in Richmond. “We are pleased to have added a new tenant at our Fairgrounds Distribution Center,” Craig Cope, vice president and city manager for Liberty’s Virginia region, said in a statement.
That tenant, The Indecor Group d/b/a Virginia Paint Company, signed a lease for 13,500 square feet of warehouse space at Fairgrounds Distribution Center Building C, at 4265 Carolina Ave. Patrick Reynolds with Riddle Associates represented The Indecor Group in the transaction.
The two renewal deals totaled 66,223 square feet. Advance Trailer renewed for 40,123 square feet of warehouse space at Eastport II, located at 5645 Eastport Blvd. in Richmond. Rob Dirom with CBRE represented Advance Trailer in the transaction.
In the second transaction, Prestige Delivery renewed for 26,100 square feet of warehouse space at Fairgrounds Distribution Center Building E. Jeff Rudy with Pinnacle represented Prestige Delivery in the transaction.
Liberty Property Trust , a real estate investment trust based in Malvern, Pa., owns and manages a combined 1.8 million-square-foot warehouse/office portfolio in Hampton Roads, and a four million-square-foot warehouse portfolio in Richmond.
