Lexington George Washington Inn & Conference Center in Williamsburg sells for $2.7 million
February 05, 2013 4:14 PMThe Lexington George Washington Inn & Conference Center at 500 Merrimac Trail in Williamsburg sold to Janco Development LLC for $2.7 million. According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, Janco purchased the 250-unit hotel on about six acres from Merrimac Partners LLC as an investment. David Butchello of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.
