Lerner Enterprises gets financing for Dulles apartment project
October 17, 2011 10:38 AMLerner Enterprises has obtained a $45 million loan for the Remington, a 406-unit, high-end, apartment project at Dulles Town Center, according to Citybizlist. Jones Lang LaSalle led the team that secured the financing through Allianz Real Estate of America.
The Remington development is within Lerner’s 554-acre, master-planned Dulles Town Center community, which began development in Loudoun County in 2000. Lerner, based out of Rockville, Md., is one of the largest private developers in the greater Washington D. C. area.
