Kroger and JPMCC 2006-LDPO sell properties
May 30, 2012 2:12 PMKroger has sold its 62,667-square-foot retail building located at 7591 Brook Road in Henrico County to JMDH of Richmond LLC for $3.76 million.
JPMCC 2006-LDPO Wellness Center LLC sold 19,453-square foot Powhatan Wellness Center for $1.1 million to Sprouses Corner LLC.
CBRE represented the sellers in both deals.
