Kraft Foods Group plans to invest $25 million to increase its production of Capri Sun beverages and install new packaging technology at its Frederick County plant.
The investment is expected to create 25 new jobs.
“We are delighted to be creating 25 jobs and making this significant investment here in Winchester,” Dilton “Dee” Gibbs, plant manager of the facility, said in a statement. “We have outstanding employees who continuously work at improving their skills and the efficiency of our facility.”
Gov. Bob McDonnell approved a $250,000 performance-based grant from the Virginia Investment Partnership (VIP) program.
