Knells Ridge Plaza to be redeveloped
June 01, 2012 12:18 PMAtherton Real Estate Development Inc. and Parker Realty Group LLC have purchased the 15,000-square-foot Knells Ridge Plaza in Chesapeake for $1.5 million.
The property, previously owned by from Knells Ridge Plaza LLC, is located at 927 N. Battle Blvd.
The site will be completely redeveloped and will house tenants such as State Farm Insurance, Zero’s Subs and Dipped.
Troy Parker of of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled sale negotiations on behalf of the buyer and is part of the development team.
Katherine C. Campbell and Christine Kaempfe, also with Thalhimer, represented the seller.
