The developers of Kincora, a 400-acre, mixed-use project in Loudoun County, have elected Colliers International to handle leasing services for Kincora’s 4 million square feet of office space.
Located at the intersection of Routes 7 and 28, Kincora plans to eventually offer more than 6.7 million square feet of combined office, retail and residential units, including apartments and condominiums. The project also includes major transportation improvements, a performing arts center, a ballpark, and a 140-acre park.
Colliers International’s Andy Klaff, Chad Arnold and Katherine Camacho are handling marketing and leasing efforts, while Kurt Stout is responsible for marketing to government agencies. Kincora is a joint venture between Norton Scott LLC and TRITEC Real Estate Company.
