Gov. Timothy M. Kaine will become the chairman of the Democratic National Committee, The Washington Post first reported Sunday.
Kaine will hold the position part-time during the last year of his governorship, which ends in 2010. He will then become the full-time chairman.
The position is a powerful post from where Kaine can guide millions of dollars for the Democratic Party and set the direction for the 2010 congressional elections. (The Washington Post).

Tim Kaine is the perfect pick to lead the Democrat National Comm. He has all the right credentials and lots of experience. Tim has lied to the people he was elected to serve, Tim lied about not raising taxes, and attemted to defraud the taxpayers of virginia. He hates guns and gun owners, He wants to build big government at the expense of individual freedoms, He wants to give unions the right to trash the secret ballot and hold hostage our corporations, He hates coal and nuclear powerplants….GREAT PICK!!
