Kaine on trade mission in Europe
July 15, 2008 9:11 AMGov. Timothy M. Kaine is headed to London to meet with Rolls-Royce as part of a week-long trade mission to Europe.
Rolls-Royce North America recently announced it would open a jet engine plant in Prince George County, eventually creating more than 550 jobs.
Yesterday Kaine was in Poland looking for potential supply chain opportunities.
He will attend the Farnborough air-trade show tomorrow before heading to Ireland on Thursday to meet with government officials.
