Jackson Center sells for $2.5 million
July 11, 2011 11:19 AMThe United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) in Richmond has purchased the 51,723-square-foot Jackson Center in Jackson Ward for $2.5 million. Mark Douglas, a broker for Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in Richmond, represented UNOS. The seller was the Jackson Center Limited Partnership. The headquarters building for UNOS, a non-profit organization that manages the U.S. organ transplant system, is located a couple of blocks away. According to Douglas, UNOs needs more space and plans to occupy the building.
