International law firm signs 13-year lease in Washington, D.C.
June 09, 2011 3:10 PMHolland & Knight signed a 13-year lease for 123,057 square feet at PNC Place, a 12-story building in Washington, D.C.’s central business district. According to CoStar Group, the lease covers four floors. The firm plans to move in January 2013 after its lease expires at its current address on Pennsylvania Avenue. Brendan Owen of Vornado represented the landlord, PNC, and C. B. Richard Ellis represented Holland & Knight.
